Registration Counter:
As a Registration Counter volunteer, you are the face of the festival! Your role is essential in creating a seamless and welcoming first impression for attendees. Your main tasks include scanning tickets, providing wristbands, distributing vouchers, and handing out Goodie Bags. With your friendly and efficient approach, you'll ensure that every guest starts their festival experience on a high note!

Ticket Control:
As a Ticket Control volunteer, you help ensure the smooth running of the festival. Your mission is to check wristbands at the entrance to the dance areas, monitor the timing of classes, and bring water bottles to the artists before each session. Thanks to you, festival-goers enjoy a seamless, punctual, and enjoyable experience!

Artists Shuttle:
As a member of the Artist Shuttle team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless arrival and comfort of our esteemed artists and DJs. You will be the key point of contact, facilitating their smooth and stress-free transition to both the festival venue and their accommodations, contributing directly to the success of this prestigious event.
Your responsibilities will include retrieving our distinguished guests based on a provided list, along with their flight information. It is essential to verify the status of their flights to maintain a high level of service. Upon their arrival at the airport, you will be the first representative they meet, greeting them warmly with a “LBF Festival” sign and escorting them to their destination, whether it be the festival venue or their hotel.
Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating their daily transport between the hotel and the festival venue, ensuring flawless logistical operations throughout the event.
